Meeting Room East and West Combined

Book of Cylinders.

Fifteen years ago, the Book of Cylinders fell into the hands of the archivists and librarians of Candlekeep as part of a collection of works recovered from a ruined keep in Tethyr, far to the south. It describes a conflict between a settlement of grippli (froglike humanoids distantly related to bullywugs) and an invading force of yuan-ti. The explorers who found the Book of Cylinders and bore it safely to Candlekeep claimed it wasn't a historical account, but a warning of dire events yet to unfold.

If you're on the waiting list, please come to the event. You may be asked to join the action or you can follow the campaign.

All experience levels are welcome.

All library events are free and open to the public. You don't need to live in Warrenville to attend an event. Invite friends and family wherever they live to join you. Age ranges apply. About the branch

The Warrenville Public Library District was established in 1979 to provide library services to the residents of Warrenville and nearby unincorporated areas. The District operates out of a single facility located at 28W751 Stafford Place, Warrenville, IL.

Through warrenville.com, 24/7 services include digital content availability, database use, event registration and the ability to place books and other items on hold through the catalog.

In 2020, WPLD joined the SWAN Library Services consortium, making over 8,000,000 items available to our members.

WPLD members and guests have access to many amenities: Study and Meeting Rooms, Quiet Room with fireplace, casual seating areas, Discovery Room for children, Teen Lounge, cold beverage vending café, free wifi and computers.

The library is located in the heart of Warrenville’s civic center near the intersection of Batavia and Butterfield Roads. Additional parking and a second entrance are available off of Mount St. and Manning Avenue.
