Warrenville Public Library District residents may fill out a registration card in-person or online.

Resident Cards

*Accepted forms of Proof of Residency: State Issued Photo I.D. or Driver's License with current street address -OR- Photo I.D. AND postmarked mail, bill or other identification with current street address.

  • Proof of Residency*
  • Valid for 3 years
  • No cost
  • Under 18
  • Proof of Residency* from a parent or guardian
  • Signature of Parent/guardian on library card application
  • Valid for 3 years
  • No cost

Non-Resident Cards

  • Non-Resident Taxpayer
  • Individual, partner, principal stockholder, or joint owner, owns or leases taxable property may apply
  • Copy of most recent tax bill or copy of most recent lease
  • Photo I.D.
  • Valid for up to 1 year
  • No cost
  • Non-Resident Card
  • Tax bill or rent receipt
  • Driver's License or State I.D.
  • Valid for 1 year
  • Yearly fee (based on Tax Bill Method)
  • Reciprocal Borrower
  • Driver's License or State I.D. (under 18 need a parent/guardian signature)
  • Home Library Card
  • Good standing at home library
  • Valid for 1 year or expiration date at home library (whichever comes first)
  • No cost
  • Borrowing restrictions apply

Lost Cards

In the event that a library card is damaged or reported lost, a replacement card will be issued upon presentation of current photo I.D. and a payment of $1.00. The original library card will be invalidated. The fee will be waived if the card is expired or within three months of its expiration date.

Card Renewal
