What is the Warrenville Historical Society? The Warrenville Historical Society was organized in 1980. Its purpose is to bring together those interested in Warrenville's History, and to collect, preserve and display objects and documents that illustrate that history. The Society established the Warrenville Historical Museum in 1983. The Historical Society is self-supporting organization. The Museum is supported by the Warrenville Historical Society Memberships, donations, fund raisers, and the Warrenville Museum Guild. The Society meets on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 in the lower level of the Albright Building in Second Street. The Museum Guild meets on the first Monday of the month from 10:00 until noon at the same location. Special programs are announced through the local newspapers, our newsletter, The Historical Update and on the local cable station. Where is the museum located?
