The Library’s meeting rooms are designed primarily to meet the operational needs of the Library and provide accommodations for educational, informational, cultural and civic functions of the Warrenville community. Two meeting rooms are available for public use at no charge:
- The Hudetz Family Meeting Room accommodates up to 72 people seated auditorium style. Chairs, tables and a projection screen are available for no charge.
- The Conference Room accommodates up to 16 people. The room contains a conference table with seating for 8, plus 8 side chairs.
Our online room reservation system is not available while we upgrade our system. To reserve a room, please submit a completed room request form or call 630/393-1171 x119 at least 7 days in advance.
Meeting Room Agreement
I have read and agree to comply with all provisions of the Warrenville Public Library District Public Use of Meetings Room Policy. I understand that failure to comply with the regulations set forth in the policy may result in termination of the right to use the Library meeting room facilities.
By proceeding to the online reservation calendar, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Warrenville Public Library District from all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of, or resulting from the occupancy or use of the meeting rooms. I agree to accept full responsibility on behalf of my organization for use of the Library’s meeting rooms and agree to the terms and conditions of the Meeting Room Policy.
