The Hudetz Family Meeting Room may be reserved by Warrenville Library cardholders when not in use for Library-sponsored programs and activities. The room accommodates up to 72 people seated auditorium style. Chairs, tables and a projection screen are available. There is no charge to reserve the room.

To reserve the room:

  • Go to to search for availability and submit your request online. (You must have an email address to complete the online reservation process.) or

  • Call Jackie Davis, Assistant to the Director, at 630/393-1171 x119 to inquire about availability then submit a completed room request form.

Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance and are accepted for dates up to 90 days in the future.

By submitting a request, you agree to comply with all provisions of the Library’s Meeting Room Policy. Please review the policy to ensure that you are able to comply with restrictions and permissible uses, including guidelines for publicizing your event.

Q. Who can reserve the Hudetz Room?
A. To reserve the room you must be:

  • A Warrenville Library cardholder,

  • 18 years old or older, and

  • present to sign for and monitor the room on the day of the event.

Q. When can the Hudetz Room be reserved?
A. The room may be reserved:

  • During regular hours of operation when not in use for Library programs or events

  • At least 3 days in advance

  • Not more than 90 days in advance
