Seven elected trustees who serve terms of six years govern the Library District. Board meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Board room. These meetings are open to the public.
Library Director
Sandra Whitmer joined Warrenville Public Library District as library director January 2006. Whitmer holds a Master of Library Science degree from Rosary College in River Forest, IL. She previously worked at the Bartlett Public Library District for more than twenty years, most recently as Assistant Director. Prior to working in library administration, she was a Circulation Supervisor, Reference Librarian and Youth Services Librarian. |
