BUDGET & APPROPRIATION PUBLIC HEARING

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2006 – 7:00 P.M.

ATTENDING:  Trustee Arlowe, Brown, Clark, Goodman, Johnston, Stull and Walker (arrived at 7:01 p.m.)

1. Call to order – Trustee Johnston called the hearing to order at 7:00 p.m.

MOTION:  Trustee Goodman moved to hold a Budget & Appropriation Public Hearing. Trustee Arlowe seconded.  Voice vote:  All ayes (Trustee Walker absent). Motion carried.

2. Public comments – none

3. Trustee Comments – Trustee Johnston asked if there were enough funds appropriated for automation hardware.  Director Whitmer stated that there were sufficient funds.

4. Adjournment

MOTION:  Trustee Arlowe moved to adjourn the Budget and Appropriation Public Hearing at 7:10 p.m.  Trustee Walker seconded.  Voice vote:  all ayes. Motion carried.
