Johnston stated that the library has operated since 1984 with no increase in the tax rate and that the tax rate
has declined.

Adjournment
MOTION: Trustee Arlowe moved to adjourn the Truth in Taxation
Act Public Hearing at 7:10 p.m. Trustee Johnston seconded. Voice vote:
All ayes. Motion carried.
(Trustee Clark absent)
